This is such a phenomenal book. As a person who has suffered crippling apathy and a lack of meaning, listening to the lives and deaths of those in the holocaust and how they were able to find meaning in even the worst circumstances has given me a new perspective on how to view life. To not have meaning in hard times means to perish. While I have certain reservations of aspects of logotherapy that Frankl extols, I would highly recommend anyone struggling with meaning to pick up this book.
